HELP!!

Hi all,

I really need your precious help!

2 weeks ago, I started having the blue screen upon booting, so I fixed it by using the Windows installation CD. Once done, a series of problems started appearing:

Outlook won't recieve / send any emails
Chrome won't allow downloading, it shows "insufficient permission" (the only browser I have)
Windows won't get minimised in task bar...they disappear!
System restore doesn't work
Help & support doesn't work
Sound out of use
AVG shows "database outdated".....once i try to fix it, it tells me "general error"

WORST OF ALL: I CAN'T DOWNLOAD!!

The list goes on....

I've tried running virus scans with AVG...nothing found!
I've tried re-installing the recovery cd.....no problem with disk!

What can I do?
