Possible Virus on Windows 7

I could not find the original thread, so I decided to open up a new thread and direct it to you. I am still having some problems with my computer. Specifically, now, I am receiving emails from some of my contacts asking for help and money. These emails are also being sent to my contacts. I think I still have a virus. Could you kindly help me?
