But could someone please please help me.
I was on this website before and I believe someone here was totally awesome! with previous problems, thank you so much for that, it is greatly appreciated. So, could some please tell me how to get rid of "Norton Online Backup" I used a Norton Tool Remover, but it did not get rid of "Norton Online Backup". I did a complete format and re-install, and this is now the third time I am having to do it again. I want this crap off of my computer, by the way it is software that comes with the computer. I have an HP and the operating system is Windows 7. Thank you in advance for your help. You guys are the BEST!!!
