Occasionally this site show up on my Avast network shield as a benign blue spike
The cookies are blocked from forming now (Firefox specifically blocks these sites and blocks all third party cookies)
My router has blocked all access to these sites, but I've noticed I am still getting some blocked connections to them on my router logs

How do I make them thoroughly go away?
Logs attached avast boot scan and MBAM scans routinely say I am clean
