adyieldmanagemente pop up.. i think its a trojan

Hi,

I've been told to follow the initial steps and post this logs so that you may help me..

First of all, whenever i try to run the dds scan the whole computer gets like blocked or something.. and it doesnt finish it.. the only way to use it again is to power off from the power button.. So that's why i couldnt post the dds logs..

Then I put both ark txt in the zipped file..
the first one ark.txt is a quick scan (the quick scan box was checked instead of the c:/)
the second one is with the c: box checked.. the file name is ark1.txt

I also read you cant use winrar and i'm not sure whether i zipped it for winrar so i also attached the .txt files...

My problem is whenever I use the internet (i use chrome) a pop up appears in a new window.. sometimes its addyielmanager.something and sometimes its a different web site.. but it never loads anything it's just an empty pop-up that continues to appear.. I tried blocking popups and everything but it doesnt go.. somebody told me it could be a trojan...
My computer is also really slow now.. since this pop up started appearing..
And the last thing.. I have a vaio and when I upgraded to windows 7 the camera wasn't installed.. so i contated the sony support and they asked me for my ip to handle my computer from where they were.. i endded up in a fight with the guy that was directing my computer and i think maybe he put the trojan.. because after that the pop up started appearing.. and he had complete access, i could see him using my pc, like with the mouse and everything..

please tell me how to get rid of this, it goes really slow and i need my pc to work..
