Computer Running slow. Logs Attached

Hello, my computer has been running slow lately. Granted, it is an older computer but its just slow all the time so I'm guessing its infected with something. Basically I just want the bare minimum to be running in the background.

I've attached the attach.txt and ark.txt as a zip file.
