[SOLVED] Bizigamers.org Pop Up During Start Up

I have tried restoring 2 an earlier time

I have tried Malwarebytes Anti-Malware & the Premium Version. This is not detecting anything with this

When I turn on my Lap Top the Desktop takes a while 2 load & a small window quickly pops up & disappears.

How can this be fixed ? I am on a Windows 8.1 Laptop
