Foxfire - keep getting viruses

Before I run the DDS, etc.
1st I wanted to check with you about having Malwarebytes Premium and Avast (free) anti-virus on my laptop at the same time.
I installed both after reading that a computer needed another anti-virus to work with the Malwarebytes.
Were they wrong?? Should I uninstall Avast?

***I wanted to see if the problem I've been having with Malwarebytes finding viruses all the time - was because of Firefox OR if from my searching, surfing, checking emails, opening news, etc.***** :ermm:

Below is a copy of 1 of the viruses after scanning with Malwarebytes Premium (2nd time):

PUP.Optional.FreeCauseTB.A, C:\Users\Bet\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\5rd6ovwd.default\FCTB\{771f3037-9885-4423-b50f-a5ede4854e26}, , [840127c8a1dace6850a47a6889795ea2],

Concerning Avast - not sure how good it is -
1st - I scanned with Malwarebytes Pre (viruses were quarantined)
2nd - went online for a short time & did my usual
3rd - I scanned using Avast - nothing was found
4th - I immediately scanned with Malwarebytes Premium & it found viruses - like the one above (I quarantined all - after I copied & pasted to word.

The above may answer my questions - if not, please let me know if I need to complete the instructions for further assistance.

Thank you.
