[SOLVED] Ransomware

A friend had me look at her laptop that has a virus that seems to be ransomware. About a minute and a half to two minutes after reaching the desktop a program called Windows AntiBreach Patrol pops up and won't let you switch windows or do anything else but buy their full version. Attached are the files from DDS and GMER. The laptop is an HP 2000 notebook pc with Windows 8.
