Computer Unusually slow and freeze briefly

Hello, my computer has recently been acting strange for the past few days. I've tried to system restore but it still happens. When I browse the internet or watching youtube my computer will briefly freeze on and off repeatedly for random durations. I don't know what caused this as I use the same websites everyday so I'm unsure as to why my computer is behaving this way. And this happens after 10 minutes of turning my computer on, but when I start it everything works fine. I'll try my best to look into it as I'm kinda out of ideas.
