Need help with rootkit

Running Windows 7 SP1 x64. Windows Explorer stopped working, and couldn't run after reboot. Other errors trying to load Windows Security Center, and the machine would reboot spontaneously. I followed the instructions for a new request. Looking forward to your response. Thanks in advance.
