Help with dwm.exe virus

My virus scan is showing that I have an infected file.

My virus scan software is Trend Micro Titanium.

The file is C:\Users\Maniacmike\AppData\Local\Temp\iswizard05\dwm.exe

and it says the file is a "HKTL_COINMINE".

Whats happening is Trend is finding this file, trying to delete it, and it starts over and over. So the file isn't actually getting deleted.

Is this just a problem with win7 like I read or do I have a virus?

Also, since I just got this computer, would wiping it to day one erase this?
