White Screen Virus-Trojan/Ransomeware? Windows Vista 32 bit

Hello

I recently encountered an issue where my screen goes white, however I can get into my pc by rebooting several times and occasionally when I turn the screen on or off. I run several anti malware scans by Norton, MS and malware bytes. They all seemed to clean up some stuff but the next day the same thing occured. Some of the things that the scans found were: Strongvault app, Software bundler win32/dealply and trojandropper Win32 Rotbrow.L.
This problem has existed for about 3 weeks now.
