Listener.exe & worm 32

i have checked through loads of threads but i cannot find anything similar to what my problem is. Please could someone help?

I have been having a lot of problems lately when searching via google and clicking on the selected results it then takes me to a different website to what i am clicking on. That happened for a few days but now i basically cannot load most things up which include Internet Explorer. When attempting to load it up a pop up comes up on the bottom right hand screen saying listener.exe is infected and also sometime is comes up with something about worm 32 as well. I didnt have any security on laptop as it run out about a month ago. I have now bought norton360 to try and delete the virus(es) but when you go to load a CD up it wont allow to install/donwnload as it comes up with another pop up saying there is a virus associated with the software and it wont let you carry on with installation. I have now installed the software in safe mode but when i run the computer in normal mode norton 360 is on the laptop but will not load up!

Please could someone help me with this?
