Virus, frequent computer crashes

Hi, I was recently infected with ransomware virus and I think I removed it (I restored the computer to a previous state) but even the previous state had a bit of viruses. I used MBAM to remove them but the computer is still significantly slow and internet is crashing often (especially Firefox)

Further MBAM/Ad aware shows no infection, not sure what to do
