Need help removing Ejibr.exe

Hello TSF, I currently have a problem on my computer that appears to be a virus named ejibr.exe. It is found on my computer on the E drive. I have scanned my computer with Malwarebytes, and it seems to find more and more malware files every day, as if it was multiplying. It seems to be a file downloading many files such as Trojan.downloader and other suspicious files.

As far as I can tell, no information on the internet says anything about ejibr.exe, or what it does. But I think i know what it does.

From experiences, ejibr.exe is a file that disables administrive tools such as task manager. when i press alt+Ctrl+Delete it says "Task Manager has been disabled by your Administrator",
albeit me being an administrator myself. I can however, access task manager via gpedit.msc.

It also does not allow me to run dds.

Another feature of this ejibr.exe, is that it does not allow me to download any files that require installation, for example:

Java runtime environment, Adobe Flash Player, Browsers such as Google chrome or Mozilla Firefox, etc. everything turns out to download just fine, but freezes when it gets to 99%. This aslo happens when using other installators such as Softonic.

I do however, have a theory as to how i got it:
In Early 2013 or Late 2012 (i'm not really sure) There was a virus going around on Yahoo! mail. as shown by a screen that came up when trying to load mail saying:

"There is a risk of malware right now, please backup your files before entering the site, or avoid using it until the problem is fixed"

Me, being stupid at the time, decided to ignore this warning, and continued anyway.

Please help me with this as i have had it for a long time, I have tried re installing windows 3 times, and the problem is still there.

Thank you for your time,
~Thorkon
