Win32.Downloader.gen found by spybot

unexpected error in fixing problems
(cannot create file "C:\Windows\wininit.int".
Access is denied)

Win32.Downloader.gen was the problem found,
I ran AV Avast and Malwaresbytes afterwares but they didnot find anything.

hope I done this correctly, anything else I'll do my best to supply.
