Cannot terminate Adobearm.exe and googleupdate.exe Processes!

Hey all,
I am using winxp sp3, I cannot terminate adobearm.exe and its not the actual process i know, also i cant see folder options menu in explorer, when i try to delete the HKCU/..../windows/explorer/nofolderoptions key, it reappears if i just press F5 in regedit, also i dont have any other user than the one im using and with no password, but still the login screen where i have to type username and password comes up, I am posting my hijackthis log also, and i have identified a few suspicious looking "runonce" registry entries but even if i delete them it reappears....any help is appreciated...

P.S i tried using the free version avast and it came up with no hits....used Spybot it deleted some 50 entries but none of them were any of this...
