Quickbooks failure?

I don't KNOW that I have malware, but I am certain that I have had something. I'll tell the story as some of it may be relevant.

1. I have used Quickbooks Pro 2012 for about six months on this machine. When it was installed, it was not compatible with the old data file from QB Pro 2002. In order to make it work, Intuit installed QB Pro 2007 on my machine to massage the data file. QB 2007 stayed on my machine until a few days ago.

2. I decided to remove some unused stuff incuding QB 2007. I used Revo Unistaller to remove it, and all of its stray files. After removal of QB2007 plus a few other things I have never used, QB2012 would not work, and could not be repaired via the normal Control panel repair function, with the original CD in place. It would get into an endless loop of installing and backtracking.

3. I removed QB 2012 with Revo Uninstaller, and reinstalled it from the original CD, and from a backup stored on an external herd drive. Now QB 2012 would look like it was installed correctly but would not run due to an unrecoverable error. The pop up window announcing that provided two alternatives, to send the report, or not . In either case, QB2012 would shut down.

4. I scanned the machine with:
-Avast Free, full scan, which found nothing,
-Spybot which found and removed three items,
-Malwarebytes Anti Malware, which found 8, mostly registry entries.

5. I started to prepare this posting, and ran, DDS and produced dds1.txt attached.

6. In running GMER, it ran for quite while then crashed with a blue screen announcing that the system had to shut down to avoid damaging the machine. At the time I had started typing this note in Jarte. It shut down, with no time to even record what the warnings were all about.

7. I restarted the machine in Safe mode, and told it to restore to a point before I started removing software. It did and came up again in normal mode. QB2007 was back, and QB2012 would not run at all. It would only start the assistance module, according to Task Manager.

8. I removed QB 2012 with the normal Control Panel Uninstaller, and reinstalled it from the CD. It all looks good, and it works.

9. I re-ran the DDS and produced dds2.txt attached. Also ran, GMER and produced GMER1.txt, attached.

My only question is, is there anything in these files that tells you I have problem that can be fixed, or should be fixed?

Thank you for your tolerance with the story.
