A definite trojan

Hello,
So lately I've had a problem with an .exe called kernel and kernel32. This has been going on since two days ago. I've attempted to solve this problem by scanning with malwarebytes and it turned up with two trojan files which I deleted. While this seems to have done something, it hasn't done enough maybe. I know where these kernel and kernel32 files (as well as these other files that accompany them) and when I try to delete them, I am told I need permission from my computer. As in, my computer is telling my computer that I don't have permission from myself. What am I doing wrong?
ps I'm a scrub when it comes to this sort of thing.
