Assistance to Assess Combofix log

Hi,

My client's computer was scanned with Malwarebytes and it identified 4 items pertaining to Trojan.0Access and Rootkit.0access (log file attached).

TDSSKiller did not find any items.

ComboFix was then run, log file attached.

Can I please ask for assistance to interpret the ComboFix log. Thanks!
