Homepage being changed

Forgive me if I'm posting in the wrong forum. I haven't been to this site in a long time. So long I had to create a new username! My mom is having her homepage changed everytime she gets on the internet. I'm not sure what is going it. The web address it keeps changing to is: Search

I'm just trying to clean up her computer for her. Please let me know what I need to do. Thanks!
