Proper Malware Removal

Hi Everyone,

I would like to get some help from the TSF Security Team.

I work for a company who assists in supporting home users with various issues. Due to a great influx with the new virus and scareware, I am working on making a process list to follow for various problems.

The only part I am not 100% certain on is the best course of action if the malware takes over your computer in safe mode and does not allow you to kill the process.

What would be the best course of action in this?
