Finding a virus - sending spam through Outlook

One of my email accounts that is set up through Outlook 2010 is sending spam. My hosting company tells me that my computer is infected with a virus. I have run Kaspersky virus scan but it did not find anything. I am running Windows 7 and I do not have a boot disk.

Below is the requested log and attached are the other logs.

Just a note but when GMER was done running and pop up message appeared that said it "hasn't found any system modifications".
