Virus! Please help.

Hey guys,I took some wrong steps when downloading something from internet and now its ******* with my pc adn I don't really know how to delete it from roots.So I downloaded a minecraft ultimate premium account hacker.exe and started it.Nothing happened but after few days performance gradually decreased so I checked processes where I found two numbered .exe's eg. 12343.exe and one more with MR.BEAN as their description I deleted both of them ad=nd deleted the main .exe downloaded from internet.After 1 day those type of files keep regenerating but what I found extremely scary was CPU eating process which changed name after I deleted it,now its name is solidstate.exe and the numbering.exe has changed to name "mandindgo.exe" adn has "grapejuice" as its description instead of MR.BEAN.I knew this was the same malware downloaded from net as they had same icons but the CPU eating .exe had bluetooth description I tried running avast adn microsoft security essentials but no avail,They said its fine.It is not. I need you guys to help me as fast as you can please. one more thing when the virus first started it tried hacking my webcam.I knew webcam was recording as the light next to it turned one.Its really worrying me please help.Thanks
