I don't understand what they did to fix it I have basic knowledge of computers but growing up with Windows 98 and Windows me and in 09 xp Windows 7 is really new to me I'm a bit old school with this stuff I already know I'm gonna need step by step for this to be fixed

What happened....
It wanted to do Windows update and I postponed it then when it prompted up again I agreed and went to bed next day I had my issues

I never really turn off my computer I usually put it to sleep and when it's plugged in it doesn't shut down it just turns off screen so when this happened it had to of restarted and was on a fresh boot untouched for several hours after updates
