I've been running a full virus scan, but it didn't fix the problem.
ONE program always uses 50% CPU. Such as TCUP, firefox, skype, etc..
So, i decided to start killing those processes which consume 50% CPU. The funny thing is, when i killed one, another one jumped to 50.
I kept going until i finally reached 0-1%, which was the normal usage when i wasn't doing anything like 2-3 days go.
My specs:
Intel Core 2 duo 2.66Ghz
3GB ram
Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit SP1
Also when i open a program, Windows Firewall tells me that the program was blocked from connecting to the internet and the only option to tick is the public network [it always asked me if public or home network, so there was 2 options before]. Whatever i do, i allow or just cancel it, the programs jumps to 50 anyway.
Maybe it's a malfunction, or it's really a virus. I don't know... But it never happened before, so i suppose it's a virus.
One of the weird named process is:
xcbfe.exe -50%
