Black screen and other issues

Hi everyone, my computer has been running very weirdly lately. The following issues happen every time:

. Black screen when I try to restart or shut down the PC
. Extremely slow opening any internet browser
. Whenever I try to run any application, the following error appears: -1073741819
. When I try to run the task manager, the screen goes black for a minute and then the following error appears: 0xc0000142

I have already scanned the computer twice with my anti-virus and I also did a full-scan with malwarebytes and deleted all malware from my computer. However, this issue persists and I don't really know what to do anymore. Thanks for your time.
