Random File Replication

I am having a very odd problem that i have not been able to resolve on my own and has become quite frustrating. There is an mp3 file that i downloaded several weeks ago that recently has begun randomly replicating in multiple numbers depending on how long i am online using my laptop. The files are also 0 byte files. The original file is no longer on the desktop and i have run multiple Virus and Malware scans to no avail.

I am running a Toshiba X205 with Windows 7 Ultimate Sp1
