IP Spoofing/Internet Dramatically Slow/Please Help

Couple weeks ago I was trying to port forward for a game I play.. I screwed all router settings up and eventually factory reset router and fixed internet.. Anyhow, I use to get about 5 megabytes per/second download speed. Since the incident (LOL, I believe this is when it started) I have been lucky to get 1 megabyte per second.

My Belkin router. Under the security log. Keeps emitting messages saying this

I'm pulling my hair out.. I've tried so much. I just need a fix for this. Please, if you need information don't hesitate to ask.
