5 Day old post overlooked below

I posted a message below entitled IE very very slow and waited 72 hours and had no reply, so I posted a "bump" and have waited another 48 hours. I have seen several posts that were posted a day or two after mine that have been answered. or some posted the same day as mine that were answered the next day.

I appreciate that you are very very busy so want to emphasize I am not complaining only bringing it to your attention that it was overlooked as I am sure it is simply an oversight.
