Is this a virus? After scanning with Spybot I cannot remove this file++

After scanning with Spybot, there is this file that I cannot remove, even after restarting my computer it is still there and cannot be removed..

The file is:

Yontoo.Pagerage
1 entries AdwareC

and then when I click the + button it says:

"(SBI $7EA79EE0) Settings
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{80922ee0-8a..."
Registry Key

I googled this file and some people said it was a virus..and that's why I'm freaking out right now..

But can someone please help me remove this file?
Spybot won't do it..:/
