iexplore.exe help

Hi,

I am in need of help. I have Windows 7 64 bit operating systems. I use Internet Explorer 9. When I click on internet explorer, I noticed the internet runs real slow and then it makes all of my other programs run real slowly. When I go to task manager and see my processes, I notice there is two iexplore.exe running in the background. One has about 6k of processing and the other about 60k. I try to kill the bigger one but it keeps coming back making internet explorer unbearable.

I have tried all kinds of anti-virus software (Microsoft security essentials, glary utilities, malware bytes, Super anti-spyware, wise disk cleaner). None have detected this issue. I have uninstall and reinstall Internet Explorer 9 and that did not help. I've also tried IE Reset and that did not help.

I have attached .dds and .attach as instructed. Please let me know what else you need.
