Bifrose and Keygen Trojans

OS: Windows 7 SP1

Micorsoft Security essentials is picking up two threats on my computer:
Hack Tool:Win32/Keygen - Alert level Medium
Backdoor:Win32/Bifrose - Alert level Severe

When using the option to remove these threats in MSE and rescanning the PC the threats are no longer present but after a couple of days they are detected again.

The PC itself seems to be running constantly with high CPU usage of 40-50%+ even with no programs loaded.

Any help with the permenant removal of these threats would be greatly appreciated!
