I did the gmer thing but it wouldnt let that file be attached.

Basically i cannot uninstall many programs such as avg, my norton says error, many things do not open. conduit is my default page despite me never making it or wanting it so. I have tried so many things to eliminate these problems such as system restore, anti virus anti malware but to no avail
