is this a false positive or bullcrap?

ok i scanned my comp with

Malwarebytes
superantispyware
Kaspersky
Windows defender

dont worry i know not to run them at the same time

the only program that detected a trojan was Superantispyware and i tried to remove it with it but it didn't

i added a pic of it

do i need to follow the instructions on this post or is what i have a false positive?
