Hi i got a message about a week back saying i had a trojan, and i ignored it thinking it was a fake pop up or something from the internet.
Anyways now into this week my computer has slowed down significantly, the threat says the trojan is a Trojan Horse Generic30.BBUE
I have tried reading guides on how to get rid of them but it says to open the task manager and search for trojan horse which my task manager says no such thing i am not a very tech type of guy when it comes to software and viruses and all that stuff so it kinda confuses me.
Anyways does anyone know how to remove this manually? and can give me a step by step process on what to do in a way that i can actually understand and interpret? Oh ya also my firefox now says babylon instead of google and there is a toolbar aswell as an annoying bar that pops up at the bottom advertising things, and whenever i press a link on the internet it opens a new tab which never happened before and is very annoying.
