Atapi.sys - BSOD problem

Hello,

In last month my pc is really running slow. Offen i get BSOD with atapi.sys problem. After PC restart i got error with this tech details:


C:\DOCUME~1\Home\LOCALS~1\Temp\WERe5cd.dir00\Mini120712-01.dmp
C:\DOCUME~1\Home\LOCALS~1\Temp\WERe5cd.dir00\sysdata.xml

I reinstaled my system and formated D: disk and problem is still here.
