Cant access to any google sites

Please Help me I cant access to any google sites and also cant login to google sync. When i trying to dowload google chrome its stuck on connecting to internet. I scan my pc for malware and virus but i found nothing and i reset my host file but still nothing happend
Please tell me any solution
