My nephew got a new computer 3-4 months ago with Windows 10. He just got a message that locks him out of using his computer, it is a black screen with the words "Your Windows Licence has Expired, Please get a new one by calling on + 1-888-303-5121". Under the words there is a blank box with an Activate Now button next to it. Is this a legit Windows message, or is it some kind of ransom-ware? What can be done? Thanks.
