malware or adware or viruses

Hello forum

Before you ask me for anything, let me tell you that I did all scans that I needed to do and asking for it would be useless.


I can tell you what I am having though, that is either viruses, malware or adware


I already ran anti malware, anti viruses and anti adware with about 6 or more applications and it did not fix my problem


What I am having is redirecting popups when I click on the scroll bar of any page, or when I click the ''play'' button on a video that i want to watch, making it impossible for me to watch the video


Some of the websites that it opens is videowood.tv ad or oneclickads.net popups and windows


I have tried microsoft's 24/7 online technical free support help but their free anti malware or virus was unable to detect anything

Also I can tell you that I have been exposed to facebook viruses and also I downloaded a free tv freeware application that i randomly downloaded from the internet, so i do not know if the viruses or malware is coming from either or these or if it comes from a previous download that i had done when i was trying to download a Plants vs Zombies game from google

Please if you have a good software or solution, please let me know. i hope I am not asking for too much, I also hope you do not ask me for too much either
