Backdoor.Graybird on Windows 7?

I am wondering can i get backdoor.graybird on windows 7? And what damage did this virus do? Because it says it hasnt been launched and it isnt on startup though i can see it opened hidden internet explorer pages.
I dont want to lose my accounts/privat data.
