Help! I was trying to download a file off the internet earlier and I came across a virus that installed many programs onto my computer at once. As I was uninstalling them I noticed I could no longer access the Internet. So I did what I usually do and went through the LAN process in internet explorer and even that did not work. So I tried to use system restore and system recovery but apparently the virus has taken over the administration rights and will not let me do anything that will remove it. I have also tried to install anti-virus software onto my laptop via my android tablet but the laptop refuses to acknowledge the connection to the tablet. I honestly do not know what to do can anyone give me any advice or help please?
