Virus problem even after format

Hi all, one day wen i was playng a computer game a screen bug startet to apear out of nowhere like this...



i tryed to run antyvirus like - norton, eset nod, avg, and no antyvirus detected it, im sure its a virus because after i format my pc my google chrome videos had the same issue, but wen i used the internet explore the videos where finne, so since no anty virus detected it i decided to format my pc, so thats what i have done. but the problem seems to have gotten worst. i know my english is not the best but ty in advance for the help.
