foreign language zip options, potential virus?

Hello everyone,

Having a problem on my computer. when i right click on certain things, for example a right click on my C drive under my computer I get four extremely strange options written in what I think may be arabic.

I have tried clicking properties but then it opens a strange version of winzip which is also in arabic. something on it says access denied also.

I have no idea why all of a sudden this has come up on my computer and i am thinking it is a virus.

I have mcafee total protection but it has not found anything.

Can anyone help please it would be greatly appreciated
