Is my computer being compromised

Hi any help will be appreciated, I have suspected for sometime now someone is playing with my computer.

I can be reading a page and then the page starts to go up down, up down, slow fast up down, even if I hold the page down with my curser it still goes up and down.

I have Kaspersky pure, I also installed malware bytes, and superAntispyware but nothing, sometimes the cpu is 100% but am doing nothing.

When I go to start run eventvwr, and then security left hand pane, and I view the log, anonymous or privilege, has this anything to do with it.
