Latest scan found malware

I recently found out that I had been using my administrator account exclusively (did not realize there was a difference). I want to fix this, set up an account exclusively for browsing, and transfer all of my files to it, but have come across a problem. A few months ago, I noticed when I turn on my HP Pavilion G, instead of opening the usual account, it would open up a temporary one, and tell me to log on and off to get to my usual account. After logging on and off with not success, I pulled out the battery, and that did the trick. This has happened a couple of times since. With the help of my friend, I had recently added some Firefox add-ons, specifically Malwarebytes, Spywareblaster, and Spybotsearch and destroy. When we ran Malwarebytes, it found a threat. After running the other scans, and doing a full scan with Norton, the other programs did not find anything. Malwarebyte quarantined the file. Should I uninstall this file? How do I go about removing this file without causing further damage?

This file appears to be related to program I had downloaded a while back, Tonethis. I have attached a screenshot the file in question.

Thanks for the help!
