kryptik.daya and psw.papras.dr - can't run gmer

According to Eset Nod32 I've been hit by kryptik.daya and / or psw.papras.dr. It says explorer.exe and firefox.exe are infected. In fact, some damage has already been done (Paypal account).
To make matters worse, I can't run gmer. I double-click, it asks the security question and that's it. I could run DDS though. The attached zip files only contains attach.txt. My OS is Windows XP SP3.
