My son's computer (Dell Inspiron 15 Windows 8.1) started freezing this week if I don't do anything with the computer for a few minutes it will not let me click on anything. The curser still moves but it will not do anything else. I am refreshing the computer now. if there are antiviruses will refreshing clear those off? or will I need to do something else to fix this problem?
