Bowsers affected with AdChoices

Hi and thank you in advance for your assistance

Almost every web page I visit is littered with AdChoices in all 3 browsers I use
Firefox 35.0 Chrome 40.0.2214.45 beta-m (64-bit) and IE 11. In some cases causing
them to freeze up and force me to refresh the page and or close altogether.

I am unable to post the DDS logs because my OS is windows 8.1

But have attached the GMER LOG

I have run scans with malwarebytes SAS JRT and AdwCleaner
but none of them find/remove anything listed as AdChoices
